APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP TO INDIAN PEOPLE’S FORUM (IPF)

I hereby apply to INDIAN PEOPLE’S FORUM (IPF) for Annual Membership on the terms of the Bye Law and code of Ethics of IPF.

This form should be scanned and attached to the website. On acceptance of your application, that shall be sent to you by email, you shall need to send the proof of resident status (passport & valid visa copy) and the payment to be officially enrolled.

Annual membership will be based on Calendar year (January to December)

Annual Membership (Ordinary Member):

Individual : Yearly AED 120
