Upskilling of blue collared workers in UAE

The main purpose was to get the opinions of the community leaders in efforts towards upgrading the skills of unskilled & Semiskilled workers who constitute nearly 50% & 30% of the work force respectively with a total of whopping 2.5 million people collectively.

With the economic downturn that’s affected these groups severely especially in construction, aviation, tourism & hospitality sectors- the need to upscale their skills & find employment for the needy is paramount.

On behalf of the IPF National President, Dr Nishi Singh of the Central committee & Mr Pradeep, President Dubai chapter attended the meeting to share the opinions of the organization to contribute effectively to this initiative.

All major educationists from Indian universities, schools & many leading business persons attended the meeting presenting their experiences & innovative ideas in working towards improving the quality of Human Resources from india.

2021 IPF enters into new era of more contribution and commitment to work towards society and nation.

On behalf of IPF, Dr Nishi Singh made its position clear that IPF with its presence in all 8 major cities of UAE, stands firm with the Government of India,Indian Embassy and Consulate in all their efforts towards upscale of

5. Hard skills development that are required for this hardworking segment of Indians.

The consulate proposed a model of ‘Uberization of educational resources bringing together contributions from schools, colleges, training schools , NGOs, Indian associations, employers, & manpower agencies . All comments & suggestions towards this commendable initiative are welcome from the IPF members. Together we can make a difference to our brethren in UAE.
